Blogging is starting to remind me of high school.
There's the popular kids. The unpopular kids. The kids who just want to be different. The kids who earnestly want to belong...
Gods but I hated high school and I am coming to hate blogging for the same reasons.
That subset of popular because they are manipulative drama queens and attention whores rather than likable still sets my teeth on edge. Mostly because I lack the wherewithal to properly expose how people have been manipulated.
To do so would be to become them. That refusal means they get away with it while I retain a clear conscious. The moral high ground is a barren plateau.
