I commented that they get hella benefits compared to lots of volunteer veterans and that it's hard to find one who is truly bitter about their forced service.
He suggested that they were brainwashed.
Well then I have been brainwashed too. As has every soldier, sailor, marine and airman who has served since... at least since WW2 ended. Everyone got the same training then and since it's an effective regimen it's still being used for the most part. So everyone gets brainwashed?
