What Happens When You Attempt To Save Money

I've been comparing things...

The 4-12x44 Vortex Crossfire II on FuzzyGeff's Weatherby Vanguard has a field of view of 24.7 to 8.4 feet at 100 yards and 50 MOA of adjustment.  It weighs 17.2 ounces.

The 3-9x40 Nikon Prostaff on my Savage 110 has a field of view of 33.8 to 11.3 feet at 100 yards and 80 MOA of adjustment.  It weighs 13.1 ounces.

The 3-9x40 Leupold on Willard's Winchester Model 70 has a field of view of 32.9 to 13.1 feet at 100 yards and 56 MOA of adjustment.  It weighs 12.6 ounces.

The 2-7x32 Vortex Crossfire II on my Savage 93F has a field of view of 42 to 12.6 feet at 100 yards and 60 MOA of adjustment.  It weighs 14.3 ounces.

The 4-12x40 Nikon Prostaff Rimfire on Marv's Savage 93F has a field of view of 23.6 to 7.9 feet at 100 yards and 60 MOA of adjustment.  It weighs 13.6 ounces.

I don't have a catalog old enough for the 3-9x32 Bushnell Sportview that seems to suddenly be on every used gun we've encountered of late.

It amuses me to no end that in GURPS terms they are all identical except for weight.
