We're in the motor pool and a Crescent wrench has given up the ghost.
One of the sergeants says...
"Crescent wrench, a took barely alive. We can rebuild it. Make it better than it was. Better, stronger, faster. We have the technology," CLUNK as the wrench hits the bottom of the trash can, "We just don't have the money."
