Caffeine is a stimulant.

Nicotine is a stimulant.

Just sayin'...

And notice the 'or'.

Being addicted to, and lawfully using is the same as unlawfully using.

Good thing I can quit anytime I want, it's just 12 steps is such a LONG walk.  Don't wanna replace caffeine with a runners high or something.
